Havana Club Rum

Havana Club rum is a brand of rum made in Cuba.  Since the US has a trade embargo against Cuba it isn't available in the US, but it is available most other places in the world.  Havana Club produces a variety of rums.  However, the Anejo Blanco, which is a light rum, is most common.  

Substitutions are Bacardi Superior light rum, or other Puerto Rican light rums.
